You need to be particular about, the people you allow to wash your home. Many people are not insured who pressure wash homes so, you need to be concerned today. I'm going to tell you a true story about, my sister getting her home pressure washed. She had a man come to her home to pressure wash while, she was at work. When she returned home from work, she was in shock to see the paint and wood missing from all around the house. Her husband was home and he knew little on pressure washing so, he had paid the man. The man claimed the wood was rotten and he could not prevent the damage. Well, my sister took the man to court and she won a judgment for damage of eight hundred dollars. She also found out a woman prior took the man to court and she won a judgment for damage of four thousand dollars. Pressure washing on your home can do alot of damage to the paint, wood, bricks, and even windows when, you hirer a person not qualified. My sister also received bad news in court from the judge saying, "The man pressure washing has no insurance and he has filed bankruptcy." She won the judgment but, she was liable for the damage to her home. We learn many lessons the hard way in life so, Sunrise express being careful today.
